At Terry, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
